The Elms - Raising Finance

This property was bought by a social investor to secure the site from private development.  This allowed time for a local charitable partnership Coastline and Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change to raise the funds they needed.  The property will eventually be an office hub for the  voluntary sector and affordable housing.
