Our company
Resonance was founded in 2002 by Daniel Brewer with backing from the Dawe Charitable Trust. Since then Resonance has helped many social impact organisations achieve the gap funding they need to grow and has particular experience in raising risk capital for property acquisitions and development, community share issues and social investment funds.
Resonance now has bases in London and Cornwall with a network of associates who are specialist project managers, accountants, consultants and surveyors.
