Community Land & Finance
Community Land and Finance is a Community Interest Company, set up to assist community-led groups in developing and financing assets to achieve more sustainable and functional communities. Over the last 4 years Community Land & Finance has provided technical advice and support to community groups and trusts. More recently it has applied to be a Community Development Finance Institution (CDFI) and is launching two loan funds in partnership with Resonance Limited, which can help finance appropriate asset-backed projects.
Projects that may quallify for funding include:
- Affordable housing, both rented and part-equity
- Workspace
- Community shops
- Community buildings
- Green spaces
- A mix of any of the above
