Resonance currently manages two social impact funds in partnership with Community Land & Finance CIC.

Community Share Underwriting Fund (CSU), which underwrites asset-backed community share issues by up to 50% of the project's fundraising target

Community Land Trust Rental Housing, which offers loan finance for property acquisition and development to community-led groups

We also have partnered with Finance South East to offer an angel match fund

the Social Impact Co-Investment Fund is for social enterprises with a proven concept seeking early stage growth capital
