We can introduce you to organisations providing homes for those moving on from supported housing or accommodation for people, who for a variety of reasons, are at risk of homelessness or exclusion from the community.

However, as you are guaranteed no voids and no additional charges for set-up, management or maintenance and repairs, your net rental income will generally be no less, and indeed, often marginally greater, than if renting at full market value with a fully managed service from a high-street letting agent.
