Resonance helps social enterprises get investment ready. Most of the time this is at the request of the social enterprise, but sometimes we are employed by prospective investors to assist in ‘grooming’ social enterprises for investment.

Resonance is well networked in the social enterprise arena and is employed by a number of social investors to scout for opportunities that meet their specific blended values. Opportunities are thoroughly
screened and individually contacted to establish a rapport and understanding of the business proposition,
the management team and the social impacts. This is a service we offer to:
- Asset Managers to help them excel in their Social and Environmental offerings

Fund Management
Resonance is in the early stages of building a property fund SEPI (Social Enterprise Property Investment). In essence this is a Venture Capital Fund investing in social enterprises and charities in the UK. However instead of buying shares, which is often not legally possible, the Fund will invest directly in property that houses these organizations thus releasing resources for the organizations to grow. As such the Fund is a Property Asset Class to enable accessibility for institutional investors. Structuring as a fund enables investors to invest in a variety of high impact ventures, spreading the risk across the whole portfolio.
